DOHA: Food and grocery delivery app Talabat has become the first platform in Qatar to provide pharmaceutical delivery services. In collaboration with the Ministry of Public Health, Talabat has acquired a Pharmacy and Drug control permit, to continue to provide safety and convenience throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. Medicine deliveries will offer an added level of convenience for Talabat users.
Francisco de Sousa, Managing Director, Talabat Qatar, said the continued expansion of Talabat’s operations and services is designed to enhance customer experience while encouraging safer practices in the community. “Expanding into pharmacies is a natural step for Talabat Qatar. Our key focus has been to support all communities through the services that we deliver, and now, we are here for our customers who rely on pharmacies for first-aid and home medication,” he said.
