DOHA: The Ministry of Public Health on Monday recorded 253 new cases of coronavirus with 243 people recovering from the virus in the last 24 hours. This bring to 117,241 the total number of people recovered in Qatar.
The Ministry reported two people, aged 71 and 76, died from coronavirus. Of the 253 new cases, 233 are community cases and 20 from travellers returning from abroad.
All new cases have been placed in isolation and receiving necessary treatment according to their health status.
