DOHA: The Ministry of Public Health on Sunday recorded 231 new cases of coronavirus with 218 people recovering from the virus in the last 24 hours. This bringing to 116,998 the total number of people recovered in Qatar.
The Ministry reported the death of a 47-year-old due to the coronavirus. Of the 231 new cases, 222 are community cases and nine from travellers returning from abroad
All new cases have been placed in isolation and receiving necessary treatment according to their health status. There are 120,095 positive Covid-19 cases recorded in Qatar.
