Qatar Post organised its ‘Iftar of the Fasting’ drive as staff packed and distributed 1,000 iftar meals on the road in Doha across five different locations, covering the Imam Muhammad Ibn Abdul Wahhab Mosque, Souq Al Wakrah, Al Markhiya signal, Al Sadd Signal and the Doha Corniche.
The initiative was launched by Qatar Post for the third year in a row to celebrate and share the holy month’s spirit and values of togetherness and solidarity with all Doha residents and members of society. Qatar Post Chairman and Managing Director Faleh bin Mohamed Al Nuaimi said: “Our ‘Iftar of the Fasting’ drive embodies and celebrates the holy month’s spirit of generosity and solidarity. With our own social responsibility toward our community as our anchor, we strive to build strong, deep-rooted human connections, instil a culture of togetherness among members of the society and share with them memorable moments during the holy month of Ramadan.”
