DOHA: Qatar Charity (QC) has provided 100 fully equipped school caravans to create a comfortable and attractive learning environment for displaced children in the Syrian cities of Azaz and Al Bab in Aleppo. This move aims to help provide education to displaced children during the coronavirus pandemic.
Each of these school caravans has a capacity for 28 children and almost 5,600 students are expected to take part in two sessions on an academic day. Each of the caravans includes a whiteboard, 14 double tables and 28 student chairs, plus a teacher’s table and chair. In addition, the caravans have a safety device, a manual fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.
