DOHA: The Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants Doha (Picpa Doha) recently held two events featuring a webinar on ‘Financial Literacy Amidst Pandemic and Crisis-Proof’ and a virtual `Meet and Greet’ session among its associate members.
The two events demonstrated the professional organisation’s drive to keep its members and associates abreast of the latest opportunities to enjoy a more balanced lifestyle, as well as a promising career path amid the crisis. The events were aimed at encouraging everyone to remain calm by keeping in mind the importance of being financially educated as we continue to face current global challenges.
The `Meet and Greet; session was organised and coordinated by Picpa Doha LLC(G)’s Committee on Associate Affairs. It was aimed at bringing together its associates (non-Certified Public Accountant members) in the spirit of camaraderie and in recognition of their invaluable contributions to the success of the organisation.
