Ooredoo has announced a new digital communication channel for customers to get in touch when they need help or advice with its products and services. From today, customers can use WhatsApp to contact Ooredoo. The Ooredoo WhatsApp account number is 4414 4414 and customers will be able to use it to get in touch with customer service agents from 7 am until 10 pm, seven days a week. During Ramadan, the opening hours will be 9 am until midnight.
The new communication channel will be a response-only service. “Ooredoo will not ever use the channel to contact customers directly, but will only respond when contact is initiated by the customer,” an Ooredoo statement said.
