DOHA: The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) on Saturday recorded 284 new coronavirus cases with 315 people recovering from the virus in the last 24 hours.
This brings to 113,531 the total number of people recovered in Qatar. All new cases have been placed in isolation and are receiving necessary health care according to their health status
The total number of positive Covid-19 cases recorded in Qatar is 116,765 with 3041 active cases under treatment. So far, 193 people have died from coronavirus in the country. The Ministry conducted 7001 tests in the last 24 hours taking the total to 584123 tests done so far. There have been 39 cases of hospital admissions in the last 24 hours.
Four patients were admitted to intensive care due to health complications resulting from infection with the virus, bringing to 65 the total number of cases receiving treatment in intensive care.
