The Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs (MADLSA) will start a training programme for government agency employees to prepare them for the implementation of the fourth phase of easing of Covid restrictions in the country.
The training plan includes the implementation of 290 programmes at the Ministry’s headquarters targeting 4,300 participants, in addition to 157 online training programmes targeting 1,570 participants.
An organised plan was developed by the Institute of Public Administration in accordance with specific standards and conditions, by applying social distancing between trainees and reducing the number of those present in each training room, so that the number of participants in one room does not exceed 10.
The Institute is taking precautions by organising the building entry and exit process, with the obligation for visitors to wear masks and show Ehteraz application when entering the building, as well as adhering to elevator use instructions.
The Ministry has also developed a gradual work plan in the event of the return of training programmes, as the number of programmes and the number of trainees will gradually increase, bringing the total of programmes to 20 per week, in addition to increasing the number of participants to 20 participants.
Employees of government agencies can register for training programmes through MAWARED system.
The trainee must obtain the approval of his employer to register in the programs of the Institute of Public Administration.
