Qatar Nanny Training Academy (QNTA) recently welcomed Indra Iskandar, Secretary-General of the House of Representatives of Indonesia, along with a number of delegates to its headquarters.

The delegation was received by QNTA general director Hessa Al Mansouri, Academic Director Ghaniya Al Saboubi, recruitment office in charge Sahar Bakri and administrative coordinator Kholoud Al Shaikh.

The visit marks the culmination of QNTA efforts to create new recruitment opportunities through a constructive collaboration between Qatar and Indonesia.  Iskandar said, “QNTA reflects the level of keenness Qatar has in the field of human resources development and its commitment to raising children and promoting Islamic values, as well as the national language, which are the main elements to preserve national identity. I hope that Indonesian women can soon join this programme to be qualified nannies in order to contribute to the development efforts in Qatar.”

Al Mansouri said, “By welcoming the Indonesian delegation, QNTA seeks to create a diversification opportunity in terms of human resources’ scope based on the requests of Qatari families. People in Qatar have extensive experience dealing with nannies from Indonesia with a high rate of satisfaction and reliability regarding working with children in the field of integrated education, proper upbringing based on the values of Islam and care for the Arabic language. At QNTA, we choose applicants carefully by following high standards, such as speaking and writing Arabic.”
