BEIRUT: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs H E Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani toured the site of the explosion at Beirut Port. He was briefed on the extent of the losses in the port and the damages caused in the surrounding areas.
Sheikh Mohammed was accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence in the Lebanese caretaker government Zina Aker and Ambassador of Qatar to Lebanon Mohamed Hassan Jaber Al Jaber.
